The Vision Valley catering team, led by Chartwell’s Catering, has extensive experience serving some of Australia’s leading private schools and universities, including our Pymble campus. Our goal is to provide enjoyable and nutritious dining solutions customised to each group. Mealtimes at Vision Valley are not just about sustenance; they are a vital part of our program, fostering connections and meaningful interactions.
Our catering team is adept at tailoring menus for any occasion, whether it’s a small group gathering (50 guests minimum) or a substantial feast for a Cadet unit. Breakfasts feature a continental spread with various hot food options. Throughout the day, we offer diverse break meals, which may include fruit and cheese platters, vegetable platters with crackers, yogurt, popcorn, or freshly baked treats. Main meals are thoughtfully paired with appropriate accompaniments such as rice, pasta, salad, or vegetables.
Vision Valley maintains a nut-free environment and offers a selection of vegetarian and gluten-free options. Additionally, we are equipped to accommodate special dietary requirements. Meals can be enjoyed in the main dining room or at Lakeside. For those who prefer an outdoor dining experience, arrangements can be made to dine on one of our covered verandahs overlooking the valley or even on the valley floor itself.
If camping is included in your experience, you can take advantage of our Trangia stoves to prepare your meals and perhaps enjoy some campfire treats like toasted marshmallows, damper, and billy tea.
