Notification of Change – Pymble Ladies’ College

This notice is to advise you that, as a result of Pymble Ladies’ College’s (Old Entity) transition to incorporation,  your employer will change from the Old Entity to Pymble Ladies’ College Limited ACN 645100670 (New Entity), which will be effective from 1 July 2021.

Other than this change of name, there will be no change to any other terms and conditions of your employment or your role. Your prior service with the Old Entity will be recognised for the purposes of all service-related entitlements. This means that your accrued leave benefits (including annual leave, personal/carer’s leave and long service leave) will transfer with you to the New Entity.

Please acknowledge receipt of this information and acceptance of this change by completing this form by 30 June 2021.

If we do not receive an online acceptance from you, we will take that you have accepted this change by your attendance at work on or after 1 July 2021.  Once you are employed by the New Entity, your employment with the Old Entity will cease by agreement effective from 30 June 2021.

We would also ask that you complete and return the Tax file number declaration form by 13 July 2021 (first day of Term 3 2021) to employment@pymblelc.nsw.edu.au. The form can be accessed by clicking here.
